How do I recover my username/password for my LMSOFT Web Hosting

The username/password was sent by email when you hosting was created. If you have lost this information, you can get access by creating a new FTP account. See LMSOFT Web Solutions - Recover connection information

The display of Web Creator is broken after clicking on Preview

This problem mainly occurs on new laptops. There are 2 solutions:

• Either stop using the preview tab
• Or change the screen setting, "scale" to 100%.
