For a better search engine optimization, there is a few things to do.
Tags H1 / H2
Those tags are used to inform of the structure of your page.
You can configure them by changing the text style to "Header 1" or "Header 2".
Metadata
The metadata fields are used to give more information to the search engines.
The most important field is "description".
